Our story

A Staten Island family that builds and repairs

Peter Van Alphen Sr. started Van Alphen Bros. over 65 years ago with his brothers Robert and Jake. Today it is still family-owned and operated, and Peter Van Alphen Jr. has led it for over 25 years.

We work on homes and commercial properties across Staten Island. That means new construction, renovation and restoration, concrete, brick and stone masonry, chimneys, stucco, stairs and more. We also do the site work that goes with them, such as demolition, excavation, drainage and waterproofing.

Where did the photos come from?

From your own website and Google profile. Where we didn't have a photo, we made one and marked it as a sample, and we'll swap in yours before launch.

Who writes the words?

We do, starting from what your current site and Google profile already say about you, so every fact comes from a source you can check. You approve all of it before launch.

What happens if I cancel?

Give us 30 days' notice. Your site comes down at the end of that month. Your domain, your photos and anything you gave us stay yours.
